1. Cut bell pepper into thin stripes.
2. Peel cucumber,
cut into thin stripes.
3. Cut avocado
into halves. Remove core. Peel avocado and cut into stripes.
4.
Roast the sesame seeds without oil in a hot pan and let cool on
a flat plate.
5. Form an Inside-Out
Roll with the cucumber, avocado, cream cheese and pepper. See Inside-Out-Instruction.
6. Cut roll
into appr. 9 pieces.
