1. Cut avocado
into halves. Remove core. Peel avocado and cut into stripes.
2. Slice salmon.
3. Roast the
sesame seeds without oil in a hot pan and let cool on a flat plate.
4. Form an Inside-Out
Roll with the avocado, cream cheese and salmon. See Inside-Out-Instruction.
5. Cut roll
into appr. 9 pieces.
